Organizations are navigating rapid changes in technology, work, markets, customer and member expectations, and organizational models.
Wilder Strategic Solutions explores those changes through research, analysis, experimentation, and practical demonstrations designed to help leaders understand what emerging ideas could mean for their organizations.
The objective is not simply to talk about change. It is to make the implications easier to see, question, and understand.
Emerging technologies are easier to understand when leaders can see them applied to real organizational work.
WSS develops demonstrations and experiments that explore how new capabilities may affect areas such as:
These demonstrations are not intended to suggest that every organization should adopt every new technology.
They are designed to help leaders understand what is becoming possible—and think more clearly about where it may matter.
AI can now perform work that would have required significant staff time only a short time ago.
WSS explores those capabilities by applying emerging tools to realistic organizational questions and workflows.
Examples may include analyzing large datasets, synthesizing stakeholder feedback, identifying patterns across research sources, monitoring changes in a market or industry, creating decision-support tools, redesigning workflows, or testing new forms of digital service delivery.
The more important question is rarely:
“Can AI do this?”
It is:
“If AI can do this, what does that mean for the organization?”
Research can do more than answer a narrow question.
It can help leaders understand how an environment is changing, where patterns are emerging, what stakeholders are experiencing, and which assumptions deserve further examination.
WSS uses surveys, interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, market research, organizational data, and emerging analytical capabilities to turn information into insight.
Selected research projects, visual analyses, interactive research experiences, and other applied work will be shared here when they offer useful insight beyond a single engagement.

A demonstration or research project often raises a more useful question:
What could this change for us?
WSS can help boards and leadership teams explore how emerging technologies, research findings, market changes, and new organizational capabilities may affect strategy, workforce, operations, products, customers, or members.
